Returns the banks Alfred can pay in a country. Use it to build the bank picker when you register a bank account, and send the chosen bank's code as bankAccount.bankCode.

A Colombian bank account always needs bankCode, on your own recipients (POST /v1/linked_accounts) and on a customer's (POST /v1/customers/{customerId}/linked_accounts).

Send code exactly as returned, leading zeros included. id is Alfred's own reference for the bank and is not sent anywhere.

The list can change as banks are added. Read it when you build or refresh your form rather than hard-coding codes.
